Note
Ace Team crew will finish the job in accordance to Safety and Building Codes. The crew will leave the jobsite clean.
After installation, a qualified representative will start, test, and provide instructions on the use of the equipments.
Warranty
Service, Inc. will provide (1) year guaranteed warranty for the labor and materials furnished. Manufacturer warranty will apply for the equipments installed.

Exclusion: It is further expressly understood and agreed that the scope of contractor’s work is specifically limited to and defined herein above. Accordingly, there is specifically excluded from contractor’s work, the inspection for, discovery or existence of, or a remedial or corrective work concerning mold, mildew or any form of multicultural fungi, mycotoxins or their spores, scent or by-products and organic pathogens of whatever kind, nature, description or degree, as well as asbestos anywhere on the property. In this regard, the undersigned owner/manager/tenant shall indemnify, defend and hold contractor free and harmless from any claims, demands, causes of action, losses, liability, damages and injuries whatsoever claimed or sustained by anyone regarding the presence or existence of any of the excluded conditions on the property described in this paragraph. The undersigned owner/manager/tenant has been advised to engage mold-testing professionals if deemed necessary. Causes of action, losses, liability, damages and injuries whatsoever claimed or sustained by anyone regarding the presence or existence of any of the excluded conditions on the property described in this paragraph.
Arbitration of Disputes: In the event of any legal action to enforce, dispute, declare rights, arbitration or mediation, or court action, the prevailing party shall be entitled to all cots and attorneys fees, including travel, copy costs, expert witness fees and all other reasonable cots of suit.
Authority and Capacity: All of the persons executing this Agreement are duly authorized officers and/or agents of the parties hereto and execute this Agreement in accordance with the authority vested in them by the By-laws or Operating Agreement of the parties to be bound hereby.
